Jessica Volz
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a school for children with autism and related communication disorders. Crossfit has made me a stronger person both physically and emotionally. I am doing things now I never thought I would ever be able to do and it's all because of my Crossfit family. They have always believed in me and have taught me to believe in myself. It's because of their continuous encouragement and support that I am competing. I am competing for them and for myself. While we are all competing individually, we are also competing together, as a family :)
