Im a new Crossfit athlete having completed fundamentals in September 2016. I have been in a competitive environment all my life from a very young age, i work in the Health & Fitness Industry and find that Crossfit brings all the things im passionate about together. A mum of 3 boys i now have time again to commit to myself and push myself to achieve my full potential.
