I joined Crossfit Brooklyn in Sept 2016 and entered a summer challenge for about a month. My goal was to loose fat and build muscle...become fit. I enjoyed the challenge and managed to loose body fat and now I would like to track my fitness level...comparing it with fellow crossfit members.
