My name is Marcos. I decided to do the open this year to prove to myself I can do a competition like this. I joined my crossfit gym a year ago after I found out from my doctor that I have diabetes and I need to be more active. this year has been amazing for me. i love working out every day and every day I'm amaze of the things my body is capable of doing.
