Since I started Crossfit in 2016, I'm very excited to see how far I've come since then. I started CrossFit as a way to train for a Spartan Race, and quickly became addicted to the sport. I've gone from training twice a week to 5-6 days a week. I'm looking forward to seeing how far my fitness will go and the things I'm going to accomplish.
