I am a licensed veterinary technician moonlighting as a stay-at-home mom until the little'in starts school. I started crossfitting a year ago to build strength and stamina to keep up with the kid as well as the house. I am home alone quite a bit. I always wonder how I am progressing in my overall fitness. Competing in the Games is just another tool I can use to compare, year to year, how I am doing and see what I am achieving.
