Daniel Finck
I grew up in Halifax, Nova Scotia playing hockey and lacrosse. I played college lacrosse at Whittier College and Pro lacrosse in Philadelphia and Edmonton. I started personal training after I finished my lacrosse career and found CrossFit in 2008, and started started coaching and competing soon after. In 2013 we opened NoCoast CrossFit in Louisville, CO, and I am currently an affiliate owner and CrossFit Level 3 (CCFT) coach. I've participated in every year of the CF Open, qualified for Regionals every year from 2010 to 2015 (individual and team), and went to the 2010 CF Games in the Team division.
