I am a regular person who always liked sports and weight lifting. I went for a crossfit class trial, because one of my clients at a suplement store that I had said I was going to love it. And I did! I did not want to go to the class because at the time I loved weight lifting and thought that crossfit was not for me... I was wrong, it was love at first sight. Its been 13months since I began. I love it so much that I try to make time during the week to work out 2 or 3 times a day and also I became a crossfit judge. I competed last november for the first time and most exciting besides the 2nd place on the competition was the 3 weeks I trainned for it. I had great improvement during the prep and this is what I want with the games: to improve, to challenge myself and to be happy with myself no matter how I score. I am at a begginer level ;)
