Name is Kurt Edward, from St.lucia (Caribbean island) and from a very early age i was embraced into sports having represented my country numerous times in Cricket. Optimum fitness have always been a goal for me and having gone through several sporting injuries due to the fact that i was very unfit i am determined to becoming the fittest i can become.
