I am a long time sporty dude, who is happy to move his body. I have never competed for any professional sport but love challenges, even though I am usually nervous before the start. I have been doing CF for over 7 years. I am a father here in Germany and my son is now also doing CrossFit for over 6 years and is kicking my butt! ;o) It has been a great experience.
