I'm 35 years old and I'm excited to have found Crossfit about 2 years ago. I've been working out at 24 hr fitness since highschool and have tried every single diet in the book. I worked out about 2 hrs a day and never saw much of change physically. I actually gained more than I lost. I ran a marathon in hopes of dropping weight but that took up some much time and energy and didn't like running more than 5 miles. I'm blessed that I had tried Crossfit and never looked back. I've seen more change in my mind and body in 3 months at Crossfit than 12 years at the gym. Best of all, I've learned this really is a lifestyle and being a an example for my daughter Mariah and my family! God is Good!!
