This is my fourth open now, it was how I was introduced to Crossfit (my wife bought me the opens as a birthday present - best present ever (didn’t think that quite at the time) but open my eyes to Crossfit and have never looked back. In the past four years I have slowly become a better athlete and a better person due to crossfit. I love our community close and further afar.
