I started CrossFit back in 2015 at Double Edge in Reno, Nevada. A friend recommended I check it out. I was incredibly intimidated, out of shape and lacked confidence in myself....now 3.5 years later, and I have never looked back. I have replaced excess fat with muscle-mass and completely changed my health stats. I now train six days a week and have re-worked my diet, as my foundation for my success. CrossFit has changed every aspect of my life, both personally and professionally. I welcome the challenge of constantly improving my overall health and fitness. I am continually humbled by the daily training that is thrown at me with Double Edge’s strategic constantly varied programming. I learn something new every day.
