Done sport all my life , I played Hockey - Football - Baseball - Ski - Golf Ran Marathon etc. I enjoy sports in general and the satisfaction it gives me. I have discovered cross fit via my son Off Ice training . He did lots of Interval training in the summer in preparation for his competitive Hockey season. Once he was done with competitive Hockey he switch to cross fit , he talked to us about it , he really enjoyed it, and basically now the entire family has been training in cross fit for the past 18 month ( my son - Daughter and girlfriend) are all doing cross fit. We love our Gym at Deka cross fit in Blainville. Great coaches and people , great atmosphere to train and positive spirit. Cheers :)
