How we deal with them is what sets us apart. Crossfit is a perfect example of inner strength that wit practice , dedication and love for "the game" will eventually be visible on the outside for others to see, admire and respect! Competition is a great way for me as an individual to see what maybe the challenges and struggles keep me blinded to. Its a way to feel and see the rewards of you labor of love day in and day out. How far you have come feeding the desire to continually push for your future greatness.
