Started CrossFit 2/2/2015 Competed in Festivus Oct 2015, a throwdown summer 2015, 2016 Open, Festivus April and October 2016. I've done a few Spartan races, Portland Sprint and Utah Super in 2016. I've been accepted into the next EMT class in my local community. My goals are to do a muscle up and improve all gymnastics movements, improve my running endurance and stride, continue to lean out, increase my Olympic lifts, and become proficient in DU.
