I had not trained for 15 years before I discovered Crossfit. I'm the father of 2 young boys and I was tired all the time. Crossfit gave me the mean to get stronger and be less tired. I never thought I would feel stronger at 37 than with 20. Now I want to see how far I can go. I do it for myself. And because my kids are proud of their dad. It shows them what ou can do and they want to be the best they can be
