I am a busy mom with only one of the three kids left at home now, I am a nurse and work in surgery and help to run our business of building Airboats. I CrossFit because I need to be strong in my daily life to lift and move people, lift and help with the airboats and parts, and because I love the feeling of accomplishment and PR's, and at this age I compete because number one I CAN and number two to keep myself healthy!
