Growing up, I played basketball, baseball and soccer. I started CrossFit in 2016 while in DPT school. I completed my doctorate in Physical Therapy at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY before moving to Wilmington, NC with my wife in 2017. I am currently a full-time Physical Therapist and clinic manager at CORA Physical Therapy in Wilmington. I have really enjoyed competing on Team CrossFit Reignited ILM as a way to challenge myself and be a part of such a strong community. My hope and my strength are in Jesus. All glory to Him.
