I am an Athletic Trainer at Bentonville High School in Arkansas. I am a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. I compete because I love CrossFit. The atmosphere in the sport and the people that it brings together. I also compete for those that I have lost; Mike Nolan (father), Homer Stokes (grandfather), and Danny Nolan (uncle). But most importantly, I compete for myself. I want to push myself further than I ever have and see how well I can do.
