After wrestling for four years in intermediate and middle school, I found that my true passion was found in the sport of Crossfit. Having already done CrossFit for two years, I decided that I would want to become a competitor at age 15. I participated in the open 2016-2018 aspiring to make it to the Crossfit Games as a teenager. Each year brought its new piece of adversity but I always persevered. After finishing my final season as a teen in the 16-17 division (4 spots off a games qualifying position), I knew that this lifestyle would be one I wanted to continue to live into my early years of adulthood. Each year, I look to inch closer to my ultimate dream of becoming an individual Crossfit Games athlete.
