This is my 4th games and first time in 55+ Masters. Thought still cant do MU, DU, HSPU properly want to be in it purely because I love CrossFit and the community. I workout at my home, and working out with the friends is what I miss most, and of course watchful eyes of coaches. Games gives an opportunity to get social and workout with the community.
