I have been a competitive body builder, 40 year weightlifting hobbyist, 1/2 marathon runner, a Black Belt in Mixed Martial Arts. and have ten year’s of experience as an Elite Club Level Youth Soccer Coach. My Coaching philosophy and methodology is to empowering the Master’s Athlete to be everything they were created to be through personalized coaching, programming, and side by side training with other competitive Master’s Athletes. Whether it is in my own training or coaching other master’s athletes, I prioritize wellness, structured nutrition and ensure longevity through mobility, recovery and injury prevention. I am married to my best friend, Christina, We have three children and five grandchildren. I am a nationally certified and multi-state registered Architect self employed for almost 40 years. proving Design Matters. Past President of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton, Chairman of its Foundation and founder of its student mentoring program.
