Sonic, has been an avid, enthusiastic, driven and dedicated Crossfitting original since 2010. She effortlessly demonstrates the 3 B’s on a daily basis (Brains, Beauty and BEAST): By day she tirelessly defends employment law and M&A, by evening time, she hangs up the power suit in exchange for Lulus and Oly shoes. Don’t let the pigtail braids or the pink shoes fool you because this girl means business at 3,2,1, GO! Lifting is undoubtedly the biggest yet most rewarding challenge for Sonic at a small but mighty 5’2” frame. However, coming from a gymnastics background, she excels at anything skills on the bars, paralletes, or rings. When she isn’t in business mode, she’s unknowingly quick to apply her CrossFit and gymnasty skills to everyday life tasks and won’t let anything or anyone (hand)stand in her way (one of her personal favorites). Stacy has a heart of gold which translates to her training to improve upon weaknesses and keep going with courage and strength. Her smile and warm welcome to the community is what got many of us hooked from the beginning and she’ll always exemplify that positive, inspiring and contagious spirit through her love of the sport.
