It brings back the team aspect that I enjoyed when I played team sports years ago. Many adult sports are individual like golf and tennis - I like team sports and the community of crossfit is very much team-like. I compete to challenge myself...it is a very satisfying feeling for me to best myself. Man that guy is tough! :)
