My name is Micah Milligan and I am originally form Little Rock, AR. Moved to Pensacola, FL and started my Crossfit journey in early 2015. I have now moved to Prairievill, LA and joined Crossfit Virtus Prairieville in February 2017. My job moved me to Lake Charles where I am now at Crossfit Lake Charles. I have always been in sports but haven't found something to be competitive at. I am trying to get back into my sports body and work towards getting stronger and more competitive. I love the community and the workouts are always great.
