Too long did I give the best of me to the wrong people, but now I think I'm on the right path. Regardless of how I finish, first or last in the world, as long as I have fun it'll all be worth it. The 4am workouts, the strict diet, the two a days, three a days, and five a days. To me there is more to Crossfit than the open, regionals, and the Games. If anyone actually reads this bio I hope it does one thing. Inspires you to keep it simple and fun because if its not fun why do it. Good luck to everyone.
