I am competing in another Open after suffering Pulmonary Embolisms that required major surgery (similar to Open Heart) to remove multiple clots and save my life !! This was end of 2014 and my first Open was in 2015, where I was just happy to still be here .... CF was a Bonus :-) I can say I am a CF Athelete, but only thanks to my key supporters/motivators: Personal Motivator Flavia (My wife), Rehab Coach Marc (and all the Coaches at UPT CF), Motivational Coaches/Athletes Janice and Peter (My Good Friends and Dr), and Motivational Nemesis Jarek (My Masters Friend... I am in the category...Finally!!)
