I'm a third grade teacher whose lost 130 pounds and kept it off till this January. Dropped from 335 to 205 in a 3 year span. This past year I've put 15 pounds of muscle and focused on strength while getting L1 certified, kids, and gymnastics certified as well. I'm looking forward to testing myself and seeing if I can still do gymnastics movements when stronger.
