Inactive Infantry Marine/ full-time firefighter now. Former college linebacker. Dad of three beautiful little girls ages 16 months, 4, and 6 years old. Husband to a wonderful wife of nearly 14 years. I love doing crossfit because it is a great release. I do many other sports as well such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, and basically anything physical.
