Strength Coach and Director of Education at Athletic Evolution, New England Nike SPARQ Training Center. CSCS through NSCA. Played Division 1 football at UMass as a linebacker and fullback. Graduated from UMass in 2010 with a degree in Kinesiology. I have had a passion for Strength and Conditioning and pushing my body to the limit since I was a kid. I was never the best athlete, but no one can question my work ethic. I still continue to play sports recreationally, but finally found something to fill that competitive void with Crossfit. My gym recently got its affiliate and I have been working out at AE Crossfit, located in my gym, for about a month. Decided to do the Open for fun and as a learning experience for next year.
