I have been doing Crossfit since late 2013. Both physically and mentally this has improved my life exponentially. I enjoy dropping into boxes around the state of Colorado and pretty much anytime I get to travel. I earned a CF L1 in January of 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed the new challenge of coaching and helping others grow in the sport of fitness. Thoroughly enjoying the 2020 open. Looking forward to seeing how we all do in the 2022 open. I earned a level 2 in early 23. 2024 will be my last year in the 50-54 age group.
