My career is not in the fitness realm, but I have a passion for living a healthy life, fitness and nutrition. Prior to finding CrossFit, I was a competitive runner. Since starting CrossFit I gained 20lbs; ironic to me because most stories involve losing weight after starting CrossFit. I coach the endurance class at my box. Cardio is and always has been my strength. The longer the workout, the better. After a series of Open workouts that favored my strength, I qualified for Regionals. I learned the tough lesson to focus on your weaknesses... Thanks CrossFit! I am working on them for next year.
