What motivates me to be stronger or fitter? Why participate in crossfit training; complete a strength or conditioning session; train to run long distances; try something new like surfing or sign up for a marathon or ultra? It’s so important to find that motivation for any goal or athletic pursuit. Having a strong internal “why” gives me a guidepost to help me through those tough training moments (and there are tough moments). Dig deep. Stay strong. Repeat
