I'm a 34-year-old mom of three awesome kiddos, and wife to my amazing husband! I work full time as a counselor in the law enforcement field, and spend most of my free time either training or getting in as much quality time as I can with my family. Balance is a constant effort, but thanks to the support of my husband (and number one fan), we make it work. I love the constant challenge of setting new goals and overcoming obstacles that once seemed impossible that CrossFit provides. I love that I get to continue to channel my competitive energy while modeling qualities for my children that were instilled in me growing up. I hope I set an example for them (and others) to strive for discipline, commitment, resiliency, and humility in the pursuit of their dreams and passion. I am so grateful for the opportunities I've been given and look forward to making the most of them! On to regionals!
