Currently a high school Physical Education teacher. I Was a high school 3 sport athlete. Wrestling, baseball and football. Attended Pace University on a baseball scholarship. Married to Michelle, the best wife a man can ask for. We have three great pets, Stella, Cali and Maddie. I Train at CrossFit 845 in NY. I've been crossfitting for 10 years. Made my first appearance at the CrossFit Games in 2014. Finished 8th in the 2019 crossfit games. Qualified for the 2020 crossfit games. Finished 11th in the 2021 Nobull crossfit games.
