Old guy who quit smoking and overeating 5 years ago and never looked back. I've gone from just getting through scaled workouts, to pushing hard and seeing gains, to finally doing a bunch of RX work on some WODs. Cross Fit is now a part of my life and it's just second nature to find the next goal and go after it. The community of athletes and coaches here at Cross Fit Epping, NH are awesome, inspiring, they watch out for me, they motivate me. I intend to drive myself to be in ever improving health and physical condition as I age.
