I am doctor who is obsessed about crossfit and everything that it's involved with... health in general, quality of life and competition... It is my blood the love for sports and being on the field to compete, for the adrenaline and the community. All my life I've done some sport... and after med school and some years forced to stay sedentary, Crossfit has given me back the opportunity to be an athlete again, to feel this energy again. So why do I compete? It's simple, to improve myself, for the energy and adrenaline, to be proud of my partners in game, to overcome the challenges crossfit gives us and transfer the lessons learned in our community to life in general as a person and as a doctor!
