I love the workouts: the flexibility, the strength, the conditioning. I learn something every day. I love my community, and miss the workouts and my tribe if I miss a day. They are so inspiring! I enjoy the shared suffering. I have two artificial knees, two repaired discs, and I'm getting better at overhead squats every day. Still haven't figured out DU's, but I will! :-) 2020 update: added an artificial hip to the bionic resume!
