I work full time as a Firefighter for the City of Redding FD, I love to compete, I participated in many sports; completive swimming, water polo, track & cross country running, bicycling, competed in many long distance triathlons like the Hawaiian Ironman, enjoys numerous outdoor sporting activities and ERG competitions and have been doing Crossfit for a few years.
