Darlene has been a CrossFitter since 2007. She began at CrossFit Champions until she opened CrossFit Cypress in July of 2010. She eventually sold CrossFit Cypress in 2013 but missed it so much that she opened CrossFit Sine Metu in December 2016 with her business partner PJ. She is the mother of three (3) children. In addition, Darlene is also a Sergeant with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Bureau. She loves the CrossFit community and loves training athletes. Her favorite part is seeing goals and accomplishments reached by the athletes through their had work. Darlene has judged several local competitions and had the privilege of judging at the South Central Regional games twice. Darlene believes that by judging those elite athletes, she is able to be a better coach to her own athletes by holding them to the correct standards of CrossFit. •2009/12 – CrossFit Instructor Level I Certification •2009 – CrossFit Gymnastics Certification •2010 – CPR, AED Certifications •2010 – Judge at the Crossfit SouthCentral Regional in Ft.
