I Started CrossFit in Sept. 2010. Before then, I was a runner and cyclist. Even though I weight lifted when I was younger, I never Olympic lifted before CrossFit. Our family enjoys skiing, fishing and spending time outdoors together. CrossFit is an important part of my life. Our family tries to eat Paleo most of the time and is not afraid to eat an occasional doughnut! We recently discovered that dialing in your nutrition for your individual needs is far better than sticking to one diet model. CrossFit is by far the healthiest thing we have ever done.... both physically and mentally. It has helped us to grow together, face our fears and has changed the way we view life.
