This is my 3rd time for the open, I work out at a box that is second to none. Happy to see Foundations heat added. Keeps many more people “in the game” leading to healthier lives. Form over volume and personal goals over strongest in gym is the Mantra at Crossfit Mentality. Looking forward to see where I end up...plan on "getting it on" at the workout. Strategy will be key...praise God for people like the Panchik's!
