I use competitive CrossFit to challenge and better myself. I try to conduct myself in a way that honors Christ who makes all this possible. My priorities in life are faith, family, career, and fitness. I grew up a baseball player and eventually played 4 years in college. I found CF at 35 years old. Within a year I set a goal of making the Games as a masters athlete. The journey to that goal and beyond has been amazing! Onward!
