I've been crossfitting since early 2006. Competing in the 2008 and 2009 CF Games as an individual helped me learn a lot about coaching the sport. I opened CrossFit OKC in September 2006 and have been involved with the CF community since then. I love this community and most of the people that surround it. I feel blessed to have competed at the Games when I did. The competition level has far surpassed my abilities but I thoroughly enjoy competing at the local and regional level. It's crazy to be part of this movement and new sport, so much has changed in the last 12 years. As this sport evolves and grows I plan on being there every step of the way.
