I started crossfit in may 2011 at crossfit908 in berkeley heights, NJ and have been hooked ever since. When my crossfit journey began, my cardiovascular and muscular endurance were poor at best. I was a heavy smoker and had little knowledge about proper weightlifting technique and form. In October 2011 I attended the CF level 1 trainer course and became a certified trainer, quit smoking, and have become obsessed with bettering myself at the sport of fitness. Working out with incredible atheletes and new found friends from my gym has helped me increase my fitness abilities astronomically and I am truly addicted to the ever growing sport, crossfit.
