I used to be a long distance runner and I started Crossfit for crosstraining to help me with running. I fell in love with Crossfit and the people I work out with. I stopped running, except at Crossfit. Less than a year later I was put in the hospital and went through a triple bypass. I became even more committed to Crossfit and to my fitness. I have been in Crossfit since April 2012.
