For as long as I can remember, I have competed in athletics and trained my body to push the limits and succeed in those respective endeavors but it all changed when I began wearing the badge of a New Bedford Police Officer. Now, I train and push myself to save lives, protect my community, and most importantly go home every night to my family. Fitness, more than ever, is life.
