I'm a sport scientist (MSC Sport Science (Prevention & Rehab) and affiliate owner of CrossFit Chüniz in Köniz (state Bern) in Switzerland. I started CrossFit in 2013. At the beginning of 2020 I had an accident on the gymnastics rings during performing some ring muscle-ups. Due to the injury of the carpal ligament (sl-ligament) and the following surgical reconstructions, I have a considerable global limitation of wrist mobility. The impairment significantly limits grip strength and grip positions requiring wrist extension in particular. I never wanted to give up the CrossFit Training. So I decided to continue with my training, but I had to adapt all the exercises. I'm looking forward to the CrossFit Games this years and I'm ready to compete! =)
