I grew up playing many sports, focusing on basketball and baseball in high school. In basketball, I was fortunate to have been a member of Bishop Hendricken's New England Catholic and New England Secondary School Champion 1979, finishing ranked #14 nationally. In baseball, I played on an American Legion baseball team that made it to the Legion World Series in 1980. Personal highlights include being named First Team All-New England Pitcher and also representing our country on Team USA. I played college baseball at Cornell. For many years, I played recreational basketball in many leagues as an outlet to fulfill my competitive and fitness needs. Now, I have have found Crossfit, which has become my athletic passion. I have competed in the last 6 Opens and look forward to competing again in 2018.
